With over 27 years of experience our bird control products have stood the test of time and undergone a development program to ensure they remain at the forefront of effectiveness and at the cutting edge of technological superiority.
The success and appearance of any bird exclusion job depends critically on installer expertise as well as product quality. Even simple repellents such as gel and spikes must be applied correctly to be effective.
The installations of bird spikes; netting; electric shock and gel shown in the photographs opposite are conspicuous by their invisibility and absence of birds. This is proof of a job well done.
All these installations were done by Hot Foots’ nation wide network of certified installers; fully qualified and trained to apply repellent gel; spikes; exclusion netting; electric shock; mist nets and other repellents.
Repellent gel needs to be applied with the correct bead size for it to be effective. Spikes, both Deter and Rite Spikes must be correctly placed on landing surfaces and correctly spaced apart. Sometimes spikes even need their outer prongs to overlap.
Exclusion netting can be very complicated and if not fitted tightly then birds will easily enter and roost inside. Net cable requires the correct anchors for long life and to maintain net support so it does not sag under tension.
Electric shock requires good connections and the solar shock box must be positioned to capture maximum sun. Hot Foot electrack is exceptional in maintaining shock voltage and over 5000 ft can be run off just one power supply.
Results are guaranteed and so are the products.
