Both Commercial and Military Hot Foot has not only the products butalso a certified select number of installers who can handle any job that comesour way.
This hangar was used by a Private company to house Jets that were in for service. Birds of various species were flying in through the open doors and roosting in the upper beams and walls. Some were even nesting causing long term distribution of fecal matter, nesting debris and other contaminants like broken eggs and so on.
Hot Foot proposed to power wash the interior of the hangar, remove nests and other contaminants then install ¾” total bird exclusion netting. Here are photos of the job in progress and notice how our installers used an extension boom to reach all corners of the hangar.
At completion the netting was pulled tightly and is guaranteed never to stretch of sag for a minimum of 10 years. Zippers were installed to provide access to the lights and other fixtures where service points were needed.
The following photo shows what is typically found inside an aircraft hangar suspended from the ceiling. We have air hoses, vents to extract fumes and frequently we find fire suppression outlets and compressed air pipes all of which the net has to be cut around and re-joined.

Our technicians who do this work are skilled in this task as a gap
of no more than ¾” cannot be tolerated as birds can enter and re-infest the
facility.
In locations where winters are severe we encounter gas heaters which
can melt fabric netting of all types. The netting sold by Hot Foot has the
highest resistance to melting of any other fabric net and it is fire retardant
to the American Standard NFPA 701.
Other heat distribution techniques are used when the netting must be
placed very close to heaters.
