   ADHESIVES

Hot Foot markets three (3) exceptionally effective adhesives which have been field tested for their suitability for use with Hot Foot products.E6100 is rubber based and has a high viscosity, suitable for installing spikes. Fastbond is also a rubber based adhesive but when dry reaches a shear strength of over 290psi. Gator Grip is a 2-part epoxy resin, dries in less than 2 minutes and is ideal for application of Electrack.
   SPECIFICATIONS


E6100 adhesive for bird repellent products.E6100 is a rubber based adhesive which is clear in appearance and has a no-slump, highly viscous formula. Will hold spikes firmly while the adhesive dries, even on an angled surface. Non brittle and suitable for use when the 2 bonding surfaces are dissimilar and have different expansion characteristics.

FASTBOND is a construction grade adhesive with a smooth, creamy consistency. Gray color and is highly recommended for adhering intermediate net anchors or Electrack to outdoor and indoor surfaces. The adhesive strength at 70 degrees F and 50% relative humidity starts at 66psi after 1 hour, 124 psi after 2 hrs, 183 psi after 4 hours. Max bond strength exceeds 192 psi after 24 hours.

GATOR GRIP is a fast drying 2 part epoxy resin which is self-mixing through the nozzles sold by Hot Foot. Bond strength reaches 4200 psi. Mixes easily at room temperature and is clear in color. It is supplied in a 50ml two-part cartridge (one part resin the other part hardener). Use with the special mixing gun and nozzles
